Decided to try Road Runner and IT WAS…

Decided to try Road Runner and IT WAS THE MOST AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Our sales expert Aaliyah was EXCEPTIONAL so PATIENT AND ATTENTIVE! The North Brunswick location is lucky to have her apart of their team! She is very knowledgeable and made buying running sneakers fun! She listened to my needs and addressed them!

Andrea from Road Runner Sports in…

Andrea from Road Runner Sports in Rockville, MD helped me to buy new running shoes after a horrible experience at R&J. She took her time with me, measured my feet and got all my info correct to ensure I was fitted with the correct shoe. She was very helpful and professional and made sure I made it out in the right shoe. I highly recommend Andrea and the other staff at RRS in Rockville, MD.
Qualified, friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. Excellent customer service.

Slow to ship, don't answer the phone, and slow to refund for a product NEVER DELIVERED!!!!
Buy your shoes from somewhere else!!!

Joke of a company

Absolutely disgusting joke of a company. Spent ~$170 on a pair of running shoes, got an auto generated email from some "Patrick" telling me to look out for a following, confirming email with my shipping details. A week later I still didn't get this email. Tried to reach out to RRS (via the contact form on the website, email and phone) without success. Just wishing I'd read all the bad reviews before purchasing. Save yourself some time and money and don't ever affiliate yourself with RRS.

Only 3 mistakes on my last order
Wow, I've been a member of Road runner sports since 2008. This is how my recent order went. Tried ordering online, on a iPad, but the total price was not correct. Had to call in to place an order. RRS shipped the wrong size shoe (14 versus 11.5), in the wrong color, TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. How was this even possible. I don't remember RRS ever making this many mistakes.

The most Unprofessional company, is not a company is joke

The most Unprofessional company that I have ever dealt with. As a first time customer try to purchase 2 items I gave my Credit card information and purchased the item. after couple of days they email me saying my order is canceled, I called again because their website doesn’t work at all, I’ll give my information gain and they canceled the again. I called third time and they said my billing address is not correct they put me in doubt I called my credit company and all the information that I gave them it was correct road runner sport is not a company is a joke.

5 Star review for Jeff in the Campbell Store. I have a compression injury in my lower back and recently, even walking has become difficult. My husband was raving about RoadRunner Sports and his experience there so we came in, spoke with Jeff, told him my issues. He mapped my feet, had me walk on a treadmill and videotaped my strides. He recommended support insoles that he made to fit my feet perfectly. I tried on a few pairs of shoes and ultimately got 2 pairs of the Hoka shoes. They are super cushiony and feel amazing! My husband is a VIP member and he got 10% off and we have free exchanges for 90 days if the shoes don't work out for some reason. We had great service from Jeff and he made the process fun. When you're in pain, not much is fun, especially trying on shoes. He made it a great experience. Highly recommend Jeff and RR

Awful Customer Service

Ordered a, new to me, brand of shoe from RRS. They arrived 14th of January 2021. As an avid runner, it doesnt take much to know if a shoe works... so I put them on for 24 minutes, on my treadmill. My feet ached. I immediately boxed them up and returned them the 19th, MLK day was the 18th, so no mail or it would have been a day sooner. After 2 weeks, no refund and no response... I contacted them. I was told these were being returned to me because they were used. $129.95 Hoka Clifton shoes, in my possession 5 days and worn 24 minutes... used. They offered an exchange if I paid for a membership. No refund and paid exchange. I have yet to get my "return to me tracking". Order directly from the shoe brand! Hoka has already agreed to take these shoes back. There are too many businesses trying to exploit customers... dont allow this one to. Most good shoe brands offer 3 month returns on truly worn shoes... so skip this really bad middle man! There is no actual unused shoe... the representative I talked to on the phone said lint from the air or a small hair all can flag used by their return department. It's a scam

Shoes shipping delayed for a month

Shoes shipping delayed for a month. Faster to cancel order on this site and buy elsewhere. Also VIP gimmick hard to get out of, don't sign up for this.

Wont Refund

Bought a pair, tried them on, and immediately returned them. The supervisor said there was "wear on the tread" and offered in store credit only. Scam! Do not buy from this company.
